REBECCA LEHMANN WILDLIFE ART EXHIBITION Launch night Monday 4th August from 7.30pm Rebecca Lehmann is a Faversham based artist, who specialises in graphite pencil drawings of wildlife and pets.
Having enjoyed drawing since childhood, Rebecca (32) is entirely selftaught and has been working parttime as an artist for the last few years taking on private commissions, mostly for pet portraiture. This is the first time she will have displayed a collection of her wildlife drawings in public. They feature exotic wildlife (e.g. big cats, gorillas, lions) as well as a few bird species from closer to home.
Her artistic style is highly detailed and realistic: each drawing can take between 25 and 50 hours to complete.
Most of the work on display is original pencil work: prints are available of all pieces.
